ASSOCIATE*

Max Fiest has worked at several large law firms (Am Law 200 ranked firms), focusing on complex commercial disputes such as securities class actions, high-stakes contract disputes, and international arbitration.  Since joining Giller, P.A., Mr. Fiest has brought the same dedication and thoughtful approach he developed through his career to cases representing individuals and Florida businesses.  

He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Columbia University. Graduating with honors from Columbia Law School, he was also awarded the prestigious Andrew D. Fried Memorial Prize for an Outstanding Student Note.
