Jason B. Giller
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
In addition to founding Giller, P.A., a bourgeoning Miami law firm, Jason Giller has amassed a broad spectrum of experience that lends itself to the firm’s client base. From venture capitalism and start-up financing to real estate development and the impact that disputed family spats can have on family enterprises, Mr. Giller has personally dealt with it. Within the legal profession, he has enjoyed broad exposure to varied legal quagmires. Mr. Giller has had the honor of being involved in countless international disputes and cross-border disputes in more than a dozen foreign jurisdictions.
Despite the big-law counterparties, he prides himself on finding practical, expeditious, and viable solutions that comport with his client’s needs. Importantly, Giller’s approach, regardless of the case at hand, is to view the issue from the client’s perspective and then identify feasible options. Recognizing that each client can be starkly different, Giller, P.A. champions the reality that there is no one-size-fits-all. Through this client-centric method, Mr. Giller has the opportunity to evaluate and ensure that any professional services being rendered are not just adherent to applicable legal principles but also congruent with the client’s economic condition, risk appetite, efficacy, and feasibility given the fluid legal landscape.
By practicing in a wide array of legal areas, Mr. Giller brings a unique and tailored approach to virtually every matter where he can offer real-world experience as opposed to one bound by (and often hamstrung) just theory or limited exposure beyond an attorney’s static practice area. He not only enjoys the experience across the legal spectrum but also prides himself on representing clients of all walks of life, from offering aid to those in need of pro bono work, single parents, victims of landlord abuse to professional athletes, celebrities, family offices, multinational corporations, ultra-high net worth individuals, among many others. Mr. Giller’s grit and dogged determination to deliver first-rate professional services continue to distinguish him and his practice from many of his peers.
